NAME
RatePerk, gives one Student Pass

RatePerk puts your Ticketmaster student discount in one pass.

Press one button and your Student Pass is issued with a member number and a valid-through date, plus an entry for $1,000 to spend at Ticketmaster.

Issue my Student Pass

One fast check activates the pass and locks in the entry.

DESCRIPTION

Search for a Ticketmaster student discount and you get codes, listings and threads that clash with each other. Most of them never say what you actually come away with.

RatePerk replies with one thing: a Student Pass. It carries your own member number and a valid-through date, it covers concerts, sports and theater, and each pass is entered for a chance at $1,000 to spend at Ticketmaster.

The page reads your phone and region to fill in the pass, so there is nothing to type. It works in eleven languages.

NOTES

claim

"There is one Ticketmaster student code that works for every event."

verdict

Not exactly. When an event has student pricing, it appears as a ticket type when you pick your seats, so it changes from event to event. That is why the listings disagree, and why RatePerk keeps your perk in one pass you can read.

From Ticketmaster's official help page, read on the day of writing: Does Ticketmaster offer student ticket prices?

Privacy

This page sets no tracking cookies and asks you for nothing. When you press the button, the next page reads your phone type and region only to fill in your Student Pass. RatePerk does not sell that information.

Terms

RatePerk is run on its own and is not part of Ticketmaster or any venue. Ticketmaster is a trademark of its owner and is named here only to describe the perk. The Student Pass is switched on after one quick check, and the $1,000 draw follows the rules shown with your pass. Event prices and student ticket types are set by each event.
